Human is human. We are human. I am. you are. Human can't read mind. They are not almighty. we can't expect much to human. They could not help us. Allah is helping us all the time. Allah is the only who understands us very well. So don't get angry to someone you care and love just because they can't be someone we wish to be because they just human... Human born with mistakes is normal. Think and be patient.
